PSA: please push missing commits and tags

Hi,

please make sure to push all your commits _and_ tags after successful
uploads, otherwise it is difficult for other people to work.

What I notice were:
- Norbert: all of KF5 in experimental
- Sandro: oxygen-fonts & plasma-nm
- Aurelien: kaccounts-integration & ktouch

Please check whether anything else is not yet pushed.
