PSA: please push missing commits and tags

oxygen-fonts: Oh I totally forget also to create the release commit. FIXED

plasma-nm: that was in NEW for a while and there is no clear rule, if tags 
should be pushed, when a version is in NEW queue and I was afk for some days. 
Because the accepted mail comes only when a package leaves the NEW queue.

But I'm fine to change the rule and push the tags, when I get the mail, that a 
pacakge is waiting in NEW queue.
