Cantor and qtwebengine

Hi all,

Since 21.08 or so, cantor depends on qtwebengine. That means that it
cannot be build on
	armel, ppc64el, s390x
as far as I see:
	https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=cantor
I guess we need to drop cantor from these architectures, right?

Any other suggestion, and idea how to proceed?
