Orphaning libiodbc2

Dear Team,

I noticed libiodbc2 on the team’s DDPO but the library is currently 
unmaintained.
Last time it was uploaded by the team (maxy) was in May 2014 and an NMU in 
December 2017.

unormal on IRC was remembering it may have been used for Nepomuk when that was 
still a thing, but it’s not currently used by Qt or KDE software.

Do you have any issue with me orphaning it on behalf of the team ?
