Rename muon binary from muon package

Hi!

I'm looking into packaging the [muon build system], but I've discovered
that KDE Muon, a graphical APT frontend, is already using both the
"muon" package name and /usr/bin/muon.

I've asked feedback on debian-devel, and the general feedback was that
both `Conflicts: muon` and alternatives are [inappropriate] for this
particular case, and the only suggested [solution] was to ask here if a
rename of the KDE Muon binary was possible.

Please take a look at the linked thread(s), but the main motivations
why I think that a rename is doable are that 1. KDE Muon is a graphical
application, thus its binary name is not that important, and 2.
upstream seems to have [abandoned] the project, probably to focus more
on Discover.

I suggest renaming /usr/bin/muon to /usr/bin/muon-kde.

Thanks in advance :)

P.S. it seems that lists.alioth.d.o's DANE TLSA setup is broken, and my
Postfix server refused to send this email; I had to disable
`smtp_tls_security_level = dane` to send it.
