Packaging KDE packages - future

Hey,

I got less and less motivated to work on KDE packaging. As my network
connection is often not very great it took me a lot time to wait till
everything is downloaded and built. I had the dream, that other will come and
we really form a team that care about KDE packages and doing but in the end it
feels like being alone. Yes I was not alone, there were great help for details
in packaging from rest of the team and some teammates work more in shadow.
But in my point of view there was still no team coordination and team effort
noticeable for me. When Norbert got part of the team I got even more
demotivated as I was not happy with his attitude and had issues to work
together, so I stopped my contributions for the packaging team nearly to zero.
I took me a while to indicate the source of the problem, why I got that
demotivated. I started to write an email to Norbert some months ago, but sent
it to Norbert just some days ago.

Additionally I realized that I want to do less work in front of a monitor and
focus on only some of my Open Source projects. And I am much more motivated to
work within KDEPIM upstream than doing packaging.
That's why I will step back from the KDE packaging team within this year. I
maybe will update KDE frameworks and KDE PIM for a little while, but not very
long. I would really love to help others to take over. You can always ask me
everything. The best way would be show up in IRC but you can also use email.
