No, you will need to re build Qt yourselves, or hire someone. Qt on
Debian will be targeted at providing the most usability possible
within the maintainers' man power. This means that it will use as many
options as possible.

In fact if you are targeting an embedded device with such a small
amount of rootfs size you might even need to consider using Yocto or
alike.
