Qt 6 on X32 and HPPA ports: upstream requiring proof of usage

Ah, right, big mistake from my side. Thanks for pointing it out!
Anyways the plan is to change that for Qt 6.6, which won't get backported and 
will be part of our next future release, so we should be fine there.
