Removing Muon from Debian

Dear Team and Pino as last uploader,

I’d like to request the removal of KDE’s Muon from Debian :
- It’s been unmaintained upstream for years and the repo is now archived (i.e. readonly) in the upstream GitLab.
- It’s colliding with the « muon » command line of the c99-only implementation of the meson build system.

Unless someone has strong objections I’ll file an FTP Masters removal in the coming days.
