Adopting keysmith under the Qt/KDE Team’s umbrella

Dear Yifei and Russel,

with the trixie release approaching I’d like to update keysmith to it’s latest version and adopt it under the Qt/KDE Team’s umbrella in the process so it can follow the same maintenance as other packages from the KDE Gear set.

As part of this I would version the sources of the package in our Salsa GitLab instance in the qt-kde-team namespace [1]. You’d be welcome to continue working on the package (and other KDE packages if you’re interested, there are plenty :-).

Do you have any objections if I do that ?
