Adopting keysmith under the Qt/KDE Team’s umbrella

Please go for it. I tried to do this myself Yesterday but unfortunately I 
don't have much bandwidth for changing workflow at the moment.

I have updated keysmith to 24.12.3 but I'm getting a failed test, likely due 
to time handing in the Qt library:

Compared values are not the same

I initially considered this test case to be outdated after the 64bit time 
transition, but I don't know enough Qt to be sure about it, there are a few 
other failures when building on testing, all related to time handing. Please 
help me look into this :)
