I thought it was a more-or-less collaborative action with Ubuntu
at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/goldendict/+bug/2100639 .

The discussion in Debian starts at https://bugs.debian.org/1069574 ,
and the removal was triggered by https://bugs.debian.org/1069574#34
(in CC list).

I also beleive we should add this information onto
https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/release-notes/issues.en.html#obsolescence-and-deprecation
