Plasma 6 coming to unstable

I’ve been moving them opportunisticly so not all of them are moved yet.

Could you however also give me ownership of the meta-plasma-mobile repo [1] ?

Okular doesn’t build on i386 anymore and plasma-mobile-full having a dependency on it for all archs blocks the i386 removal and migration to testing of Okular. (See #1091666 and #1091900)
