Debian-specific Plasma 6 packaging issues

Hello,

As trixie release gets closer I am writing to raise visibility on
#1089075 (Application list empty after upgrading to Plasma 6), #1104977
(Dolphin information panel is missing), and #1089081 (lockscreen has
references to fingerprint and smartcard when no hardware exists).

#1089075 makes the DE temporarily unusable in a scary way. If there is
no automatic solution, I hope more detailed instructions than what
currently exist will go to release notes soon. In particular, the
kbuildsyscoca6 command works, but it is unclear how to actually run it
since there is no obvious way to e.g. open konsole. I tried from a tty
and this did not work (presumably because DE environment variables are
absent from text mode console). I successfully ran the command via
KRunner Command Line plugin, which was luckily still available by
hotkey. I am not sure what the intended route is. I don’t see any
upstream report to suggest this is a KDE issue.

#1104977 affects important functionality of the file browser. Based on
ticket comments it seems the fix is known already and just needs to be
actually completed and repackaged. Now that major version 25.04
successfully transitioned to testing, I would really appreciate a fix
for this very soon as it negatively affects user workflow.

#1089081 is a cosmetic issue which just requires including new PAM
configurations for Plasma 6. I commented some months ago on the ticket
give reference to upstream packaging instructions but this seems to have
been missed so far.

Since I am writing anyway, I will also mention that the reboot/log
out/etc. buttons did not work immediately after the upgrade (using `apt
upgrade`), so I had to reboot via terminal instead. I did upgrade quite
some time ago, so maybe this is no longer a problem or is expected, but
I have not seen it noted anywhere else.

Thank you for maintaining these packages. Your hard work is noticed and
appreciated.

Best regards,
