More generally, I've got a Qt-based app (RendezvousWorldClock) published
on Nokia Meego system, and later the Google App Store.
and I've contributed patches to Qt upstream (to fix some Android
timezone issues),
https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/88066
Qt is a neater system than Gtk, a pity the open-source licence situation
was confusing in the early days when KDE and Gnome first started.
(I need https://qt-project.atlassian.net/browse/QTBUG-21759 to get fixed
so I can update gworldclock to rendezvousworldclock for Debian)
So my experience is with Qt rather than KDE.

More specifically, ITP#1128992
  https://lists.debian.org/debian-qt-kde/2026/02/msg00487.html
  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1128992
jkqtplotter needs packaging, https://github.com/jkriege2/JKQtPlotter
used by Avogadro2.
It's a general plotting tool for Qt, so I thought it would make sense to
team-maintain it with the Qt/KDE team,
since you guys have more experience managing Qt packaging problems than
the Debian Science team.
I had thought it would fit in qt-kde-team/extras, but it seems you
prefer to keep your team
only for direct kde.org or qt.io applications?

p.s. apologies for replying from personal email. I need to update my
webmail provider to enable sending from dparsons at debian.org
