Some questions related to package neochat

Thanks. I choose to disable them. And now the problem left is the changelog file.

Since I base my work on others, the debian/changelog needs some modification since we never release 25.12.1 to ftp server(looks like Mobian team release it to their main server).

But sadly, I don't know what's the correct version for doing that.

Could someone check the newest version and see if there's still some problems to be fixed? I hope I can push it to unstable to fix bug #1131580 just in time.
