Re upload plasma-keyboard

OK I uploaded your changes in 6.6.3-2.

Please don’t push more changes to a repo’s master branch while the package is sitting in the NEW queue.

Our usual process is :
- upload the package to NEW
- push the commits up to the one before the release commit
- wait for feedback from the NEW review
- if the package is rejected adapt and push more changes without the release commit
- when the package gets accepted, push the release commit and the tag

So I had to rewrite the git history to include the release commit of 6.6.3-1 and  the tag in the correct location.
