[Pkg-libburnia-devel] libisofs migrated to dh and 3.0 (quilt)

Hi,

Since thise weekend we will see new upstream releases of libisofs at least, I 
though it was the proper time to complete libisofs migration as well. This was 
the last one. I see no package content regressions, but if you have something 
to test, please do.
