[Pkg-libburnia-devel] Migration to format "3.0 (quilt)".

Dear George,

I have spent a fair part of the afternoon in implementing
the changes needed to use the new packaging format.

The present suggestion is appended here, as I did not
myself want to push it into the repository yet.

The revised package source is able to complete the
build process using

    svn-buildpackage -sa

as well as

    pbuilder --build --twice libisoburn_1.0.8-4.dsc

However, I have never built debug packages before,
so presently the migration is not able fill
'libisoburn-dbg' with the intended contents,
only with the docs directory at the moment.

Also I have removed the file TODO from 'libisoburn1'
since it is only relevant to development.

Apart from that, the packages 'libisoburn1', 'libisoburn-dev',
libisoburn-doc', and 'xorriso' display the same contents
as when built using the old format.

The tricky part was in adjusting 'debian/clean'. I needed
repeated use of 'dpkg-buildpackage' in order to remove
the last flaw. I have never seen a package with so many
lintian remarks, over 750 issues.
