[Pkg-libburnia-devel] Bug#813020: please multiarchify the library packages

Hi,

i am the Uploader who maintains the ./debian repository of
libburn, libisofs, and libisoburn (not the Maintainer who uploads).

When i took over, i asked for advise about "Multi-Arch:" and
"Pre-Depends:"

I got clear statements not to use them from Niels Thykier, Jakub Wilk,
and Santiago Vila:
