because i do this so rarely.)

The entry
  libisofs (1.5.2-2) UNRELEASED; urgency=low
in debian/changelog is

libisofs (1.5.2-2) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * Removed libattr1-dev from Build-Depends.
    (Closes: #953924)
  * Changed Standards-Version to 4.5.0
    No changes needed according to packaging-manuals/upgrading-checklist.txt

This was tested on Sid (of november 2019) by

  debuild -S
  debuild -b
  cme check dpkg
  lintian -I -E --color never --show-overrides --pedantic | less

and after commit to git by

  gbp buildpackage

I am not sure whether these runs really tested that libxattr1-dev is
not needed any more.

Does "Severity: minor" mean that i don't have to bother my sponsor with
a request for review and upload now ?
