[Pkg-libburnia-devel] Bug#1014401: libburn: Add symbol file

Hi,

like with bug #1014400 i see problems between the purpose of .symbols
and the expectations of upstream code.
Upstream code of libisoburn knows what it demands as minimum version.
Any contrary decision by a Debian packaging program can only lead to
intentional failure at compile time or at run time.

(Additionally to the scruples expressed there, it comes to me that
the goal of .symbols does not care for important bug fixes. A symbol
may exist longer than the version where such bugs are fixed.)
