Drop the librsvg2-common dependency from virt-manager, as seems unused

It has been there since the initial Debian import of virt-manager,
i.e version 0.5.0 (!), and there seems no indication on why it is
actually required. Let's give it a try to drop it, and see what might
break, hopefully nothing.
