[Pkg-libvirt-discuss] Updated Debian packages

Hi,
I've pushed out another update to the Debian packges mostly adding a
package containing the perl bindings along with some other cleanups.

You can now fetch them via apt-get, see [1] for details. I've also
pushed out the packaging source [2] in case someone wants to work on
packaging more language bindings.
