ATM you can install libvirt* from wheezy-backports but not
python-libvirt. Former releases of libvirt used to contain the python
bindings but that's no longer the case.
A compatible python-libvirt hasn't been uploaded as it doesn't
fullful the criteria for an upload to backports yet. Since there are
many secenarios for libvirt without the python bindings and the upload
fixed several CVEs it made sense to upload libvirt before
python-libvirt.
