See libvirt-bin postinst: we can't restart the daemon since this would
kill off running kvm/qemus. Now that it works for you I'm closing this
report. If you consider the "not restarting" of libvirtd a bad thing (it
seems to cause problems when you don't know about it), please file a
bug.
