[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#487872: virt-manager: please recommend libvirt-bin (libvirtd).

Please make virt-manager recommend libvirt-bin, so that the default
install isn't "broken" and the user don't need to waste time hunting
down where to find libvirtd.

(Would also be nice if libvirtd wheren't disabled in the default
install. Yet another hoop to jump through to get the program working.)
