[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#504597: libvirt: Please enable OpenVZ support

Hi,

OpenVZ support for libvirt is explicitly disabled when building, while
there seems to be no reason for that.

Please enable it. Patch attached, please note that I had to add
libdevmapper-dev and uuid-dev to the build dependencies.
