[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#501824: virt-manager: cannot connect to localhost if not root

I can't connect to localhost if I don't run virt-manager as root. Here's
what it says when I try to do it (obiously libvirt daemon is up):

"Unable to open a connection to the libvirt management daemon.

Verify that:
 - The 'libvirtd' daemon has been started"
