[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#503007: virtinst tries to create a temporal file in inexistent directory /var/lib/xen and dies

virtinst dies when he tries to create a temporal file in the inexistent
directory /var/lib/xen, when I manually create that directory everything goes ok:
