[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#503904: libvirt-bin: dnsmasq conflit DHCP service

dnsmasq and libvirt-bin provide the same service : dhcp server.
Both try to bind the same port.
When a virtual machine start with the default network configuration 
(the bridge in the default.xml), virtual machine don't receive ip.
The same bug in ubuntu :
