Hi,
I'm lowering the severity since we don't have any packages that
build-dep on libvirt-bin - the build-dep of ocaml-libvirt was actually
an error that Sylvain just fixed.

I still need to investigate what's going wrong here - I reproduced this
once but cowbuilder cleaned up the chroot. The next 50 builds (with a
cowbuilder that would leave the chroot intact) succeeded. Any help on
this would certainly be appreciated.
