[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#525927: options to set ownership/permissions of serial sockets

Please let me set in the xml file the uid:gid of the user to own
a serial socket created by libvirtd for a kvm instance, and also the
permissions. Forcing the permissions with umask to 777 and putting
the socket in a 700:user:group directory works, but it's ugly and
cumbersome.
