No, that still didn't help..

virsh # connect qemu:///system

virsh # list
 Id Name                 State
----------------------------------
  1 Debian_GNU-HURD      running  
  2 Debian-i386          running  
  4 RHEL5S               running  
  5 Debian-AMD64         running  
  6 Debian-kFreeBSD-AMD64 running 

virsh # migrate 4 qemu+ssh://root@virtian/system
root at virtian's password:
error: operation failed: failed to start listening VM
