[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] libvirt needs to be rebuilt

Hi,

the last upload of libparted1.8 changed the soname, and libvirt needs to
be rebuilt:

nmu libvirt_0.6.4-1 . ALL . -m 'Rebuild against new libparted'

(no dw needed, libparted has built everywhere)
