I was trying to create storage pool with type 'disk':
sdc.xml:
<pool type='disk'>
  <name>sdc</name>
  <source>
    <path>/dev/sdc</path>
  </source>

    <path>/dev</path>
  </target>
</pool>


# virsh pool-define sdc.xml
Pool sdc defined from sdc.xml

# virsh pool-build sdc
error: Failed to build pool sdc
error: internal error '' exited with non-zero status 1 and signal 0: libvir: error : cannot execute binary : No such file or directory

 And syslog says:
