[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#551756: virt-manager: creation of disk images takes way more than before

Since recent updates of virt-manager (or libvirtd, don't know) creating a disk image 
takes lots of cputime and lots of time also (eg, creating a 18G disk.img takes ~10 minutes).
Before that, it all happened in a snap, and the host machine isn't a sluggish one.
