[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#594257: Package dependencies on iptables and dnsmasq-base are missing

Package dependencies on iptables and dnsmasq-base are missing, without those
the (created by default setup) local network started within the virt-manager
does not work.

I case dnsmasq-base is missing it shows this error:
libvirtError: internal error '/sbin/iptables --table filter --delete INPUT --in-interface virbr0 --protocol udp --destination-port 69 --jump ACCEPT' exited with non-zero status 1 and signal 0: iptables: Bad rule (does a matching rule exist in that chain?).
