libvirtd crashes with segfault while trying to add disk device with the
target name "hda" to a kvm/qemu machine.

(Domain 10 is a Ubuntu test machine)

virsh # attach-disk 10 /dev/vg01/vm_test_lv hda
error: server closed connection
