When enabeling listen on tcp in /etc/init.d/libvirt-bin restarting the libvirt-bin gives the following error:

Restarting libvirt management daemon: /usr/sbin/libvirtd/usr/sbin/libvirtd: error: Unable to initialize network sockets. Check /var/log/messages or run without --daemon for more info.
 failed!

There is no information in the docs on how to enable the listen on tcp function properly.
