Fine,.. if it was just to secure the minimum version number... then I
guess this is not so important anyway (given that 3.0 is in unstable).

Uhm.. I thought e.g. guestmount is just for mounting that the VM
images... and therefore one shouldn't e.g. need this.

Anyway it's ok,.. I just asked as it's rarely the case that libs depend
on some normal binaries.
