Package: libvirt0
Version: 0.8.8-1
Severity: normal
--- Please enter the report below this line. ---
I'm unable to do a network install of a New VM, I get this error:
Unable to complete install: 'internal error process exited while
connecting to monitor: char device redirected to /dev/pts/4
Two devices with same boot index 0
'
This seems to be because boot=on is passed with -kernel, which is not
supported by latest qemu/kvm.
See http://launchpadlibrarian.net/64619089/libvirt-booton.patch
Steps to reproduce:
# virt-install --name f14 --ram 1024 --disk
path=/var/lib/libvirt/images/f14.img,size=8 -l
http://mirror.arlug.ro/pub/fedora/linux/releases/14/Fedora/x86_64/os/
Output:

Domain installation does not appear to have been successful.
If it was, you can restart your domain by running:
virsh --connect qemu:///system start f14
otherwise, please restart your installation.
