[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#644196: virtinst: should recommend qemu-system instead of qemu

Greetings.

Please consider changing the Recommends on "qemu" to "qemu-system", as qemu was
split into multiple packages since squeeze, and the components used by virtinst
should all be present in qemu-system now. This would save needless downloading
of un-used packages.
