[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#645334: support for manipulating the command line directly

I know that libvirt tries to abstract virtualisation, and the
following request is contrary to this goal. However, there are times
when one needs to influence the VM in ways that are not
abstractable. Hence, in the interest of usability, it would be nice
of virt-manager would export the functionality described here:

E.g.:
