[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#643281: libvirt-bin: virtual networks no longer created

Something is broken in current version of libvirt. It no longer creates
the default network.  The error log in /var/log/libvirt/libvirt.log is:

14:56:05.587: 2201: info : libvirt version: 0.9.4
14:56:05.587: 2201: error : virConnectNumOfInterfaces:9173 : this function is not supported by the connection driver: virConnectNumOfInterfaces
14:56:08.474: 2201: error : qemuNetworkIfaceConnect:210 : internal error Network 'default' is not active.

Looking at the libvirt source, it looks like the new version uses netcf to
do configuration and netcf is not in Debian.
