[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#683196: libvirt-bin: move qemu "-name arg" first in ps output

Dear Maintainer,

Since libvirt 9.0.13, a patch has been include which move "-name arg" at the
begenning of the line.

As the freeze of wheezy will block this new libvirt version, is this possible
to add this patch [1] in the current version ?
This small change is so helpful for debugging !
