I intent do split the libvirt-bin package into

libvirt-xen
libvirt-qemu
libvirt-<...>

that's possible with 0.9.13 (which is currently RC). If we can get this
into wheezy we can easily add the symlink, if not I'll add this to
README.Debian for 0.9.12.
