[Pkg-libvirt-maintainers] Bug#688146: libvirt-bin: restart function of libvirt-bin initscript doesn't pass -d option to daemon

In version 0.10.0-1 it seems that the -d option that is passed to the
daemon has been moved from the default file to the init script directly.
But it seems that the option has been forgotten in the restart function.
This makes the initscript hang when calling the restart function.
