It's at

   	ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-libvirt/ovirt/ruby-libvirt.git 

(note the additional ovirt). Since ovirt packaging has pretty much
stalled (and ovirt is not ruby anymore) I've moved it to

   	ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-libvirt/ruby-libvirt.git 

and kept the old location as symlink.
