I simply cannot install a Windows 7 64bits guess using virt-manager (qemu-kvm). It keeps on failing with an error during the network setup:

I installed hal, and restart the whole process over, and got the exact same error. With:

$ sudo /etc/init.d/hal status                                                                                                                                                             ~
hald is running.
